A tired, stressed-out MAMA and wife is no good to anyone. Do &amp;quot;stuff&amp;quot; later. If possible put a mattress in the baby&amp;#39;s room that you can sleep AS SOON as you put your baby down, you put yourself down. You will be most tired in that moment anyway. IF you walk out of the baby&amp;#39;s room and get back to the rest of the house, you will find a million things to do except sleep. Also buy a white noise machine and TURN OFF your phone ringer.
